1. Overview

These terms apply to Cybersecurity courses, digital resources, and hardware tools offered by Cyberaeno at domain cyberaeno.com.

2. Refund and Swap Policy

2.1 Course Enrollment

Requests for a refund must be submitted within 14 days of the course start date. Upon approval, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Students may also request to swap enrollment to a future session at no additional charge.

2.2 Digital Resources

Refunds for digital resources are available within 7 days of purchase, provided no download has occurred. Once approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. Alternatively, customers may swap the resource for an equivalent digital item.

2.3 Physical Goods

Customers may send back goods within 30 days of delivery in unused condition. Upon receipt, we will process a refund to the original payment method or ship a replacement item per request.

2.4 Final Sale Services

Access to on-demand content and licensed software is final at the point of activation. Due to immediate access, these services are not eligible for a refund.
